HSO performs SPRING HILL The Stage West Community Playhouse hosts the Hernando Symphony Orchestra for its Spring concert held April 5-6 at 7:30 p.m. and April 7 at 2:30 p.m., located at 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd. The Orchestra proudly presents its Spring program “The Cinema,” featuring music from the popular films, accompanied by vocalists Julia Rifino, Janel Zapendenko and Mariah Dixon. Stringbreak music festival BROOKSVILLE Sertoma Youth Ranch presents the annual Stringbreak music festival April 11-14 located at 85 Myers Road. Friday from noon to 11 p.m.; Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enjoy the multi stage Americana music fest featuring roots rock, alternative country, newgrass and bluegrass. Performers include The Original Duhks, Robin and Linda Williams, The Greencards, Chatham County Line, The David Mayfield Parade, Black Lillies, Honeycutters, The Sauceboss, The Ragbirds, The Wholetones and more.
