Easter egg hunt at Buccaneer Bay

WEEKI WACHEE Weeki Wachee Springs State Park hosts an Easter egg hunt at Buccaneer Bay Saturday March 30 for children up to age 13, located at 6131 Commercial Way. Come enjoy an egg hunt throughout the park and enjoy the Mermaid shows, river boat ride, native wildlife presentation and swimming at Buccaneer Bay; waterslides open for spring break. Hunt is scheduled by age groups: 11 a.m., 3 and under; 12 p.m., age 4 to 6; 1 p.m., age 7-10; 2 p.m., age 11-13. Park admission is $13 for adults, $8 age 6-12, free age 5 and under. ‘Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ shown at Show Palace

HUDSON Show Palace presents “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” running March 1 through April 21, located at 16128 U.S. Highway 19. The Biblical saga of Joseph and his coat of many colors comes to vibrant life in this delightful musical parable. Hernando symphony Orchestra performs

SPRING HILL The Stage West Community Playhouse hosts the Hernando Symphony Orchestra for its Spring concert held April 5-6 at 7:30 p.m. and April 7 at 2:30 p.m., located at 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd. The Orchestra proudly presents its Spring program “The Cinema,” featuring music from the popular films, accompanied by vocalists Julia Rifino, Janel Zapendenko and Mariah Dixon. Friday night dancing

SPRING HILL The Senior Citizens Club of Hernando County hosts line dancing and partner dancing with all styles of music starting at 7 p.m. every Friday at 7925 W. Rhanbouy Road.
