SPRING HILL -

Mark Knoll was pulled over twice early Thursday morning and booked at the Hernando County Jail after receiving the second citation for driving on a suspended license, according to the sheriff’s office.

Knoll, 27, was stopped both times because of a broken headlight, an arrest affidavit shows.

Knoll bonded out for $15,000 later on Thursday. The Spring Hill man was arrested on May 4 on charges of fraud.

In November 2012, Knoll was booked on two failure to appear warrants out of Pasco County for DUI and driving with a suspended license. He also had a suspended license charge out of Hillsborough County.
