SPRING HILL - The Hernando County Sheriff's Office continues to look for two men who robbed a man at gunpoint in a Jiffy Store parking lot on Saturday afternoon.

The sheriff's office released descriptions of the men on Monday. Law enforcement are looking for a white male, about 20 years old with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a spider web tattoo on the left side of his neck, and three teardrops under his left eye (one is colored in). He was wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans during the robbery.

The second suspect is a black male, about 40 years old with a bald head and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of praying hands on his right forearm and was wearing a gray striped shirt and black pants on Saturday.

Hernando Today previously reported the two men approached the alleged victim around 1:15 p.m. in the convenience store parking lot, located at the Deltona Boulevard and Bay Drive intersection.

The black male displayed a gun, and the men demanded his wallet, according to the sheriff's office.

The men fled south on foot through an alley behind the store after the man gave up his wallet.

Law enforcement vehicles set up a perimeter east of Deltona after the call went out, and a K-9 unit was used to track the men.

Shortly before 3 p.m., the sheriff's office said they could not locate the suspects, and suspended the search, sheriff's spokesman Deputy Rose DeJesus.

Anyone with information on the robbery or the suspects is asked to call Det. Dustin Mormando at (352) 797-3728. Those who would like to remain anonymous can call Hernando County Crime Stoppers at 1-866-990-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online at http:///www.hernandosheriff.org/Tips.
