Intoxicated woman tells deputy he’s not a real cop, going to hell

SPRING HILL A 23-year-old Pickled Parrot patron was arrested early Wednesday morning on charges of disorderly intoxication.

According to a sheriff’s office arrest affidavit, Danielle Boivin began swearing and yelling at bar staff when they told her it was closing time.

When a deputy arrived on scene, he spotted Boivin in the parking lot, barefoot and “yelling profanities,” and appearing very intoxicated.

After being asked to leave, Boivin told the law enforcement officer he wasn’t a real officer, and ran in circles telling him he was “going to go to hell and that Jesus was her savior,” the report read.

After being taken into custody, the woman “threw herself on the ground refused to walk,” according to the deputy’s affidavit.

Boivin posted $150 bond later Wednesday morning.

Jail records show Boivin was arrested on charges of aggravated battery in February 2011. Charges were dropped the following month.
