It's later than you think

Every day there is a new revelation on some program, policy or procedure that shows this administration has no regard for the rule of law or the Constitution. When Congress passes a law such as Obamacare, the president is charged with making sure the law is faithfully implemented.

What we have is an administration that acts outside the law and decides what parts it likes or doesn't like or are detrimental to its political agenda. There have been a number of instances where the executive branch has decided that it will delay provisions of the law it does not want to implement; looks like we have a monarch in the White House rather than a president.

After all, why follow the Constitution when you can rule by fiat? That begs the question - where is the rest of Congress when these illegal actions are taken? Why hasn't the president been brought before the courts to answer for his actions?

On the one case that he was challenged, he was severely rebuked by the court for an abuse of his power relating to the recess appointments issue. That course of action needs to be followed up with more challenges to his unilateral actions on several other issues.

The Obamacare debacle is one such area where there is a plethora of decisions that are outside the "rule of law" and should be addressed.

The immigration issue has taken on a new life in that immigrants have been given key words to use for gaining entry and seeking political asylum. Somebody has educated these uneducated Mexicans that they can claim fear of reprisals against them, which entitles them to sanctuary in the United States.

So many immigrants have used that ploy that the government had to rent hotels to house them. There is no doubt that we have lost this country as the progressives have steadily infiltrated our government and brought about massive change without bloodshed.

This is not hysteria, this is a fact as it was first outlined by the Cloward-Piven Strategy, which is "The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis." It seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

This is no right-wing conspiracy dream, but rather it is rooted in fact, as the Cloward-Piven Strategy was and is being implemented, as it was responsible for ACORN and the "Motor Voter" act of 1993 with Cloward and Piven standing behind Bill Clinton as he signed the law.

We are nearing the era of no return and if our elected leaders don't take some remedial action, this republic shall go down as a footnote to history of what might have been.

America, you need to wake up and demand change that is consistent with our founding documents because they embody eternal truths that do not change on some political whim. The Tea Party showed us in 2010 that there is hope if people stand on principle and it is possible to effect some change for the better.
