BROOKSVILLE - Brooksville Police arrested two men on Tuesday night after a physical fight that involved a motor vehicle and kitchen knife.

According to a press release, Isaac Bailey III thought Khristian Francis stole a pair of shoes from him. When Bailey saw Francis, 21, riding his bicycle on Main Street, he hit him with his vehicle and provoked a fight. Francis ran back to his house, where he grabbed a knife, and assaulted Bailey, according to the police.

Bailey, 20, was booked on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and released on $2,000 bond early Wednesday morning.

Francis, 21, was booked on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, without intent to kill, and remains in jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Neither of the men, who both live at different addresses on South Lemon Avenue, were injured.
