— The Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is giving residents from both counties 30 days to give their opinion on future transportation projects.

Input on road and trail improvements, public transportation and bicycle lane projects will be incorporated into the 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan, which relies heavily on public input to identify and prioritize projects and transportation needs for the next six to 25 years.

To take the survey, visit www.HernandoCounty.us or www.bocc.citrus.fl.us.

For more information, call the Hernando/Citrus MPO at (352) 754-4057.
