Neighbor booked in Cadbury Road burglaries

Published:

SPRING HILL - A man believed to be responsible for four Spring Hill burglaries at the same residence faces four charges of burglary, two counts of grand theft and criminal mischief, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.

Eloy Feliciano, 26, lives at 4486 Cadbury Road, just a few houses away from the 4491 Cadbury Road residence burglarized between June 17 and June 28.

Feliciano admitted to detectives to breaking into the home on multiple occasions, the sheriff's office says.

The sheriff's office said the investigation continues and additional charges are pending.

Because Feliciano was also booked on charges of probation violation, he is being held on no bond at the Hernando County Jail.

Feliciano was adjudicated guilty of grand theft in 2011. In February, Feliciano was sentenced to two years of community control for the charge.

Also earlier this year, Feliciano was booked on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and probation violation.
