BROOKSVILLE - A Brooksville man who failed to appear in Pennsylvania court on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence was arrested at his First Loop Avenue home on Wednesday, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.
After law enforcement received information on Jeffrey Tucker's residence, they saw him sitting on his front porch and arrested him.
Pennsylvania law enforcement first said they would not extradite Tucker, and Tucker was released. Tucker was arrested again about 20 minutes later after Pennsylvania authorities called back and said they would extradite him.
Tucker, 26, was being held without bail.
