According to an arrest report, Conway was pulled over after being observed driving 67 mph in a 55-mph zone on Cortez Boulevard.

When Conway rolled down the window, Deputy Vincent Mascitelli noticed a "strong odor of marijuana" and asked Conway if he had any marijuana in the car.

Conway gave the deputy a bag with a pipe and baggie of marijuana, according to the arrest report, and apologized for any inconvenience.
