We've been building the program for the last three years and going from winning seven games the first two seasons to a 16-11 record, pretty much making history with the school, it's pretty awesome. . If it wasn't for the girls coming together, we wouldn't be where we were. It was all a team effort. . You have to be dedicated to it. It's not like the job is over (after the season). The girls are in club and we go straight into conditioning. The girls do it because they love the sport and that's what you do it for. . They're going to want to practice harder for next season because they know they're a good team and they know they can do better than what they did."
