Hernando High will host Cocoa on Sept. 27 at Tom Fisher Memorial Stadium, with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff, the school announced on Thursday.
The addition to the schedule comes on the heels of a Week 2 rainout of a home game against Jacksonville-Bishop Kenny, who opted not to make a return trip for a makeup.
Initially next week was a bye for the Leopards; instead they'll restore a full 10-game slate.
Cocoa (1-1) is ranked fifth in this week's Associated Press Class 4A state poll. The Tigers won three straight state titles from 2008-10 under former Central High head coach John Wilkinson, now in his ninth season guiding the program.
