Oak Hill Hospital announced the appointment directors within its facility.
Crystal Culbertson, BS, MS has been named as director of surgical services and Leanne Salazar, RN, BSN, MBA, has been named vice president of quality and risk management.
Crystal Culbertson came to Oak Hill Hospital from St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, where she was the director of surgical services. With over 20 years of nursing experience, Crystal has her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in health service administration from the University of St. Francis. She has held various leadership positions in surgical services and in her previous role was responsible for initial staffing and operational plans surrounding surgical services for St. Vincent's Healthcare acquisition of St. Luke's Hospital where she had been since 2007.
Leanne Salazar came to Oak Hill Hospital from Spring Hill Regional Hospital where she served as assistant director of nursing and director of emergency services. She has also worked with Oak Hill Hospital in the past as a pediatric nurse. Leanne received her BSN from the University of South Florida and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing an MSN degree and is a licensed risk manager and is board certified in quality management.
