Disability claims fraud

The latest racket over the past 10 years has been the substantial increase of the granting of disability payments. The main reason for the increase in granting disability payments is due to fraudulent claims.

The increase of claims is evident from all of the4 attorney TV commercials and from roadside billboards.

Some of the advertising represents that even if you don't feel well you may be entitled to disability benefits, which I feel is another fraudulent misrepresentation.

The generous attorney fees are also a reason for the increase in claims for disability.

Beside the number of false claims the agency is the other reason for false claims because of its lax supervision over claims and no follow through examination and lax regulations.

There are over a hundred thousand people who are receiving disability money who are not entitled to it. Nothing is being done by the agency to weed out these fraudulent claimants.

Now is the time when all disability claimants should be reexamined in order to remove the fraudulent claimants from the program.

These fraudulent claims are costing the government billions of dollars each year. You and I are paying taxes for these fraudulent claims. The cancelling of some of these bad claims will also help reduce our debt.

It's time to be honest and stop this fraud.

Ron Paul for president

As your readership is well aware, the Florida Primary are fast approaching in what is shaping up to be a titanic struggle for the future of not just the Republican Party but that of the entire nation.

Thus, it is incredibly important for the Republican voters of the state to seriously consider which of the candidates in the presidential field is best suited to guide America in these troubled times. I am confident that upon thorough examination of the field, the clear majority of Florida Republican voters will find that Congressman Ron Paul is the best choice for President of the United States.

It can be surmised from his lengthy career as an advocate for limited government and fiscal responsibility that Congressman Paul has stood steady and tall against the establishment which has spent much of the past thirty years robbing the American people of their liberty and livelihoods.

Furthermore, the Congressman has taken much heat from not just the big government elitists of the Democratic Party but also from elements of the GOP which favor the bloated and corrupt Washington establishment.

Therefore, for the continued prosperity of themselves and their posterity, Florida's Republican voters should stand by Congressman Ron Paul of Texas for the GOP presidential nomination.
