U.S. Yes, U.N. No!

I have long been opposed to the U.S. involvement in the United Nations.

All it has done for us is to relieve our treasury of billions of dollars. Most of the members are despotic dictators who have ruled their countries harshly. Yet we continue to give them billions of dollars to continue the lifestyles of the dictators.

The two most nauseating reports I heard about this week involved the taxing of U.S. citizen's billionaires to be precise and spread their wealth among the dictators of the third world.

This is something out of an opium den smoker to believe that the U.N. could be able to tax other nation's citizens and then redistribute the money the most undeserving people on the planet.

Dick Morris presented this scenario in a daily video he does and I really found it hard to believe but it apparently is something they are trying to accomplish. Ridiculous as it is they are serious and they probably have the support of some eggheads who feel the dictators have a right to the money.

Then we turn a page from the Book of Insanity, also known as the U.N. rules for the insane, and find that the same United Nations, after receiving a Security Council report that implicated Iran in "transferring guns and bombs to Syria", where the Assad regime is slaughtering thousands of Syrians, has elected Iran to a post to regulate arms transfers.

If this were not so serious it would be laughable to the point of tears. But it is true Iran is to be part of a 15 nation committee to "draft a bill on regulating arms trade in the world."

To make it even more insane is 193 countries voted in favor of the selection even after Iran has been sanctioned for refusing to halt its nuclear pursuit. This is part of the president's reversal of a Bush administration decision to oppose the treaty.

So once again we have a true "amateur" in the White House or as some believe a committed ideologue who is determined to reduce the power and prestige of the United States by giving away its sovereignty and ignoring the Constitution.

It's unfortunate that average America is too wrapped up in reality shows when the biggest one is playing out in Washington with a plot that could have been written by Tom Clancy. When will the American public awake and decide it's time to regain their country or have they successfully been lulled into believing that government knows best even though it knows least

. When it says one thing but does the complete opposite hoping no one will notice and surely the mainstream media has been mesmerized by the "Rasputin" living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
