SPRING HILL -

A woman is accused of fighting and injuring her boyfriend after he spent the night at his ex-girlfriend's house.

Irenia Rodriguez, 29, of 7115 Pinehurst Drive in Spring Hill, was charged with domestic battery and jailed without bond.

She was arrested shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday at her home.

While she was at a bar in New Port Richey with her boyfriend, Roberto Vicente, the couple got into an argument and Vicente broke up with her, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.

Vicente left the bar early Thursday and spent the remainder of the morning with his ex-girlfriend, deputies said.

Rodriguez went to the woman's house in Spring Hill and repeatedly punched Vicente in the face, according to an arrest affidavit.

Vicente suffered injuries to his face and left wrist, deputies said.

The couple had been together for about two years, according to the affidavit.
