This is a follow up to an article I wrote emphasizing the point that the American voters have the power for America to remain a free nation. To that end it is encumbered upon the voters to choose a president that is best qualified to lead the nation and who wants this nation to remain a free Constitutional Republic.

Voting is a constitutional right that helps the citizens have a say in their government. The U.S. Constitution provides U.S. citizens voting rights regardless of religious background, gender or race, and set the voting age at 18. But there is more involved with the right to vote and that is that your vote must be properly counted to mean anything.

The proper and accurate counting of the votes is paramount to the outcome of an election. The final count is what yields the final winner. The entire process, from voters being eligible to vote, proper casting of the vote, and counting the votes, and reporting the results are all important steps.

The Constitution spells out the voting requirements for U.S. presidential elections, as well as for all public elections regulated by state and federal law. The Constitution also affirms the implicit right of citizens to vote, and bars states from removing that right, except under certain circumstances.

Counting the votes determines the ultimate winner of the election. If this step is not done properly and honestly, all other steps in the voting process means nothing. Essentially, whosoever counts the votes rules the election outcome. If the counting is done in a fraudulent way or rigged, the entire election may be declared invalid. The question to ask then; Who will check and determine if the election was tampered or rigged? Will it be Eric Holder and Obama's Justice Department? If that is the case, "Houston – we have a problem!"

This leads me to the point of what this article is really all about: Has the American presidential elections become vulnerable to facilitate the stealing of the election by electronic manipulation of the counting? That would be a serious thing to happen and difficult to resolve. It is a question for the American people to ponder with and find out if rigging the election is plausible and what can be done to prevent fraud.

A private European company is being used to help with the presidential election and that could mean trouble if they are "close friends" with Obama. The company is called Scytl and has been selected by the Federal Voting Assistance Program of the U.S. Department of Defense to provide a secure online ballot delivery and onscreen marking systems under a program to support overseas military and civilian voters for the 2010 election cycle and beyond.

Scytl is involved with many of the European nations vote counting and has been awarded 9 of the 20 American States that agreed to participate in the program (New York, Washington, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, Mississippi and Indiana), making it the election provider with the highest number of participating States.

Scytl is a Spain-based business that specializes in "electoral security technology" and electronic voting applications. Its cryptographic research initially was funded by the Spanish government's Ministry of Science and Technology and later was spun off as a private-sector e-voting venture.

In January 2012, Scytl acquired U.S.-based SOE Software, the largest vote processing corporation in the United States. SOE provides election results reports right down to the precinct level. SOE also writes "election management" programs that assist officials with everything from "Internet voting to election night reporting and online poll worker training." SOE, supplies the election software which records, counts and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states–900 total jurisdictions–across the nation.

There are no Americans on the Board of Directors of Scytl—but CEO Pere Valles once lived and worked in Barack's old stomping grounds, Chicago. Interesting that we have a private European company based in Barcelona, Spain (Michele Obama's favorite vacation spot) tabulating American votes.

Congress and the Federal Election Commission (FEC) should address what, if any, role they had in approving the SCYTL/SOE purchase and what the impact will be, if any, to America's voting system and online military vote processing.

Why is the Attorney General Eric Holder suing the states for trying to clean up their voter rolls. The answer can probably be found with President Obama, the CEO of the U.S. government. Ask yourself the question: Can you trust President Obama and Holder with the counting of the votes?

What is most disturbing is that on March 26, 2012 President Obama secretly told outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to tell incoming President Vladimir Putin that "This is my last election, after my election I will have more flexibility."

Is President Obama saying to the Russian President that his re-election in November is imminent and that once elected he would have flexibility to resolve their problems. Obama didn't offer any other American representative that would continue to negotiate with the Russians. That would be the proper protocol for the president to use when dealing with another nation.

Now this could be one of two things, either President Obama was just blowing smoke to appease the Russian President or he knows for sure he is going to get elected in November. How does he know that, when he hasn't done much for the American people other than to get them deeply in debt and no jobs. This could only mean he knows he is going to get elected no matter what. .

Is the American presidential election doomed for electronic voter tampering and rigging to get Obama re-elected? Check who's counting the votes?

Become informed, let your voice be heard, and vote Nov. 6 to take back our country. The voters have the power to remain a free nation.
