A 41-year-old Spring Hill man was arrested Wednesday after a marijuana grow house was discovered at a home he was renting off Dorado Street.
Yosvani Medero-Burgo was charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of structure for cultivation, grand theft, trespass of utility and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Medero-Burgo had been renting the home since July 1, according to the sheriff's office.
When deputies searched the home, they found 49 marijuana plants in a man-made structure in the backyard that was wired to steal electricity from the meter, according to the report.
Medero-Burgo's bond was set at $21,000.
